Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
